The Ethics, Law and Politics Graduate Certificate is designed for graduate students looking to enhance their primary academic focus with specialized knowledge in moral philosophy, legal theory, and political thought. Particularly beneficial for future legal or medical professionals, as well as students in disciplines such as political science, social work, and history, it also appeals to those curious about the connections between governance, morality, and jurisprudence. The certificate enhances career prospects in academic and non-academic settings while offering structured philosophical study for personal growth. Note that students exclusively enrolled in this program cannot receive Federal Financial Aid.

Upon completing this certificate, students will gain the ability to:

Some of the students accepted into the certificate program in philosophy have completed undergraduate philosophy majors or minors, but we also accept students with degrees in other areas.
Minimum score requirements: TOEFL: 550 (paper) or 79 (internet), IELTS: 6.5 (academic version).
