The artificial intelligence certificate program aims to introduce students to foundational concepts and technologies that equip machines with human-like cognitive abilities, allowing them to support humans in executing intricate and dangerous operations. Graduates of this program gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience across various AI domains, including autonomous software solutions like intelligent agents, collaborative multi-agent and robotic systems, computer vision and image analysis technologies, adaptive neural network systems, heuristic and probabilistic optimization methods for crucial decision-making, along with machine learning and knowledge management approaches that integrate intelligence into computing and information systems.

English Language Proficiency: Applicants are required to have a command of oral and written English. Those who do not hold a baccalaureate or other advanced degree from the United States, OR a baccalaureate or other advanced degree from a predetermined country on the waiver list, must meet the minimum language proficiency score requirement in order to be considered for admission.

This graduate program will conduct an in-house credential evaluation of the transcript(s).
