Bachelor's Degree
The Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice (BCCJ) program mandates 120 credit hours with a minimum 2.0 overall GPA. This degree's coursework consists of two parts: the foundational pre-criminology and criminal justice curriculum (PCCJ) and the advanced upper division criminology and criminal justice program (CRCJ). Majors must finish PCCJ courses with at least a C- in all criminology classes and maintain a 2.5 GPA to enter the CRCJ program. Once admitted to CRCJ, students become eligible for upper-level (3000/4000) courses and can fulfill remaining BCCJ degree requirements.
