To earn a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an Education Concentration, students must complete at least 37 credit hours in Biology, including 18 credits at the 3000 or 4000 level. Biology faculty and students tackle diverse research questions, transforming scientific discoveries into practical applications. Many biological inquiries require interdisciplinary collaboration. Combining biology with fields like bioinformatics, sustainability, biomedicine, environmental science, or neuroscience demonstrates the multidisciplinary nature of modern scientific inquiry.
