The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering (BSAE) is a four-year undergraduate degree requiring 130 credit hours. Students can also pursue a one-year Master of Architectural Engineering (MAE) program, which consists of 36 credits. This ABET-accredited MAE degree is commonly completed by most BSAE graduates. Below are the educational objectives for the combined BSAE/MAE program (PEOs): Professional Success: The AE curriculum equips graduates to obtain professional engineering licensure within several years of completing their studies. Career Achievement: The AE program prepares graduates to make meaningful contributions to society through careers focused on the built environment in the years following graduation.
