Our Photography program emphasizes in-depth analytical dialogue, technical expertise, and artistic experimentation, all supported by state-of-the-art facilities and resources that enhance the learning experience. The program boasts nearly 4000 square feet of dedicated photography spaces, featuring digital workstations, traditional and alternative darkrooms, a professional lighting studio, and gallery areas for student exhibitions. Students benefit from direct engagement with photographic prints, regular access to the Sheldon Museum of Art's extensive collection, and opportunities to interact with visiting artists and museum staff located next to the Woods Art Building.

Indication of your studio discipline: Ceramics, Graphic Design, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, or a combination of two of these areas. Applicants to the Office of Graduate Studies whose native language is not English are required to submit a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of at least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL or an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) overall band score of at least 6.5
