The Graduate Program in Food and Hospitality Systems provides three specialization paths for its Master's and Doctoral degrees: Food Science, Hospitality Management, and Agricultural Systems Technology. The online Graduate Certificate in Food Safety and Defense also falls under the academic oversight of this program.

A minimum of 30 graduate-level credit hours is required.
At least 15 credit hours must be at the 8000-level or higher.
No more than 40% of total coursework may consist of F_S 8090 or F_S 8085 credits.

BS and MS in food science or food technology hospitality management business management or agricultural technology or management from an accredited University or equivalent experience
