Candidates must have

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or other institution of postsecondary education
A grade point average equivalent to at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for the last 60 hours of undergraduate course work
Internationalnonnative English speaking applicants must also have an official Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL or International English Language Testing System IELTS score

For the TOEFL a score of 550 or better on the paper based version or a score of 80 or better on the internet based version is required
For the IELTS a minimum score of 6.5 is required
