This higher education master's program serves dual objectives: 1) training students for administrative leadership careers across various higher education environments, and 2) establishing a basis for scholarly involvement. Coursework aligns with ACPA & NASPA professional standards. The program's faculty are nationally acclaimed specialists in student development, administration, college accessibility, faculty studies, diversity in higher education, and education policy. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, graduates pursue careers in student affairs, multicultural programs, Greek organizations, academic counseling, financial assistance, housing, institutional assessment, research, enrollment services, and/or advanced academic studies.
