The Certificate in Natural Environment and Human Health represents a joint initiative by the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources and the College of Health Sciences.
Thriving ecosystems contribute to sustaining healthy communities. With expanding populations and environmental shifts (including climate change), demand is increasing for skilled professionals capable of evaluating requirements, developing strategies, executing solutions, and establishing lasting policies. Leveraging the expertise of both the Department of Public Health and the School of Natural Resources, this program targets students currently employed or aspiring to work at the crossroads of environmental and public health.
