The Master of Arts in Sport Management delivers top-tier education by merging classroom learning with hands-on training, equipping future professionals to thrive in the sports business world. Through a multidisciplinary approach, students gain research skills and foundational knowledge while focusing on innovation and operational enhancements within the sports sector. This program explores both theoretical frameworks and real-world applications for managing sports organizations, events, venues, and athletic processes. Coursework covers public sector athletics (school and college sports) alongside fitness center and facility operations. Additionally, this specialization emphasizes sports governance, ethical decision-making, and scholarly investigation in the field.
Anyone who has or will obtain a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the U.S. or a comparable degree from an officially recognized college or university outside the U.S. may apply for graduate admission.
The preferred undergraduate GPA for admittance to the program is 3.00.
