The Education Policy and Leadership (EPL) program focuses on developing expertise in how political systems, policy decisions, and institutional cultures influence pre-K-12 education. Blending theoretical foundations with practical applications, our curriculum equips students to: Evaluate school structures, policies, teaching methods, and academic results. Recognize how personal belief systems contribute to systemic inequities in educating marginalized student populations. Develop and launch initiatives that meet educational needs and drive positive transformation for student achievement. Determine the essential competencies and principles required for effective cooperation in school and district enhancement.
