Chemical physics explores scientific domains that merge chemistry and physics methodologies to examine atoms, molecules, and their interactions across gaseous, liquid, and solid states, along with the intricate structures and transformation processes of materials. Key research specialties encompass spectroscopy, optical characteristics, laser technology, molecular interactions, reaction kinetics, quantum theory, computer-aided chemistry, statistical thermodynamics, heat dynamics, cryogenic phenomena, polymer science, surface chemistry, biological chemistry, and catalytic processes in both biochemical and heterogeneous systems.
An undergraduate degree in chemistry, physics, or a related field is required for admission. The preferred minimum undergraduate GPA for admittance to the program is 3.2
Other English Language Proficiency Requirements: TOEFL: Internet Based - Total Score: 95; Internet Based - Speaking Score: 23; IELTS Academic – 7.0; MELAB – 80; Pearson Test of Academic English (PTE Academic) – 59; Cambridge Assessment English (CAE) C1 Advanced – 180.
