Students pursuing degrees in ecology, evolution, and behavior (EEB) concentrate on three interconnected biological disciplines. Ecology explores population dynamics, community interactions, and organism-environment relationships across terrestrial and aquatic systems. Evolutionary studies delve into biodiversity origins and transformations through examining evolutionary trends across different timescales and environments. Behavioral biology investigates environmental adaptations, behavioral mechanisms, and the development of social structures. An EEB bachelor's degree equips graduates for advanced studies in integrative biology, teaching opportunities, and scientific roles in various sectors including government, academia, nonprofits, and private industry.
