The undergraduate early childhood program equips students with skills to support young children and families. Its diverse curriculum covers core topics in early childhood education and development. Students can select specialized tracks matching their professional goals. The Foundations of Education path readies learners for MEd/initial licensure programs in early childhood or elementary education. Alternatively, the Individualized Studies option prepares graduates for roles in non-licensure environments like daycare centers, private schools, youth programs, or nonprofits, while also providing a foundation for advanced degrees or careers benefiting from child development expertise.
