It equips undergraduate students with professional skills for roles in medical practice management, senior care administration, billing systems, and other allied professions. Participants will develop a theoretical foundation in both business principles and healthcare operations, coupled with critical thinking abilities to implement this knowledge across various environments. Core curriculum covers essential healthcare domains: organizational leadership, quality control, financial management, regulatory compliance, health information technology, personnel management, bioethics, and program assessment. Students can personalize their studies with specialized electives focusing on wellness, senior living administration, clinic operations, health data systems, or medical interpretation.
