The doctoral program in nutritional sciences offers three specialized tracks supported by faculty resources and expertise: Molecular and Biochemical Nutrition, Nutritional Epidemiology, and Nutritional Interventions. Prospective students must demonstrate a keen interest in scientific and health-related fields, hold an undergraduate degree in a basic or applied science discipline, and have completed foundational coursework in biology, physiology, general and organic chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and calculus.
Applicants should have a strong interest in science and health, an undergraduate degree in some field of basic or applied science, and, at a minimum, should have taken courses in biology, physiology, general and organic chemistry, biochemistry, and calculus.

Revised Paper Delivered Test - An overall score is not provided for this test. Minimum section scores: Reading = 23; Listening = 23; Writing = 21;
