The Bachelor of Science in Biomolecular Sciences equips students with fundamental knowledge of the chemical foundations of biology, while offering flexibility to study additional chemistry, biophysics, and molecular/cellular biology courses. Unlike the Biochemistry B.S., this program covers essential biochemistry topics while allowing greater elective choices. It serves as excellent preparation for interdisciplinary graduate programs bridging chemistry and biology, as well as for advanced biochemistry studies. The curriculum also establishes a strong base for health science careers through comprehensive coursework in chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, and related disciplines.
