Formerly referred to as Information Technology Management (ITM), Information Systems Management (ISM) encompasses the study of various system components: hardware, software, telecommunications, databases, personnel (including developers, managers, operators, programmers, and end-users), and operational procedures (encompassing strategies, policies, methods, and regulations). The curriculum delivers these concepts through a comprehensive approach, blending conventional lectures, case analyses, practical projects, and experiential learning techniques.
