The Frost School of Music's Department of Instrumental Performance provides bachelor's degrees in music performance and performer's certificates across 17 classical instruments: flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba, percussion, violin, viola, cello, double bass, guitar, and harp.
The Bachelor of Music in Performance program aims to:
Deliver exceptional training in musicianship to prepare students for professional performance careers or advanced classical music studies.

Equip students with audition techniques, repertoire knowledge, and career management skills beyond performance.
