The Educational Psychology and Research (EDPR) program features two connected majors: Educational Psychology and Educational Research, each providing Ph.D. and M.S. degree options. Both specializations emphasize research, with student projects following an immersive research apprenticeship approach. Located in an urban environment, our program provides diverse research possibilities through collaborations with schools and community groups. Educational Research students may pursue quantitative methods like measurement, statistics, study design, and institutional research, or qualitative approaches involving modern theories, methodologies, study frameworks, and data gathering/analysis techniques.
