The Management program equips you to thrive in professional settings demanding self-motivation, ethical conduct, and independent work capabilities. Small Business and Entrepreneurship track This concentration teaches you to recognize opportunities, create business proposals, and launch new ventures—whether as independent startups or internal projects within established companies. The curriculum includes 3 foundational Management courses plus electives addressing areas like innovative product discovery and detailed business plan creation. Leadership track Professionals in leadership roles balance direct operational tasks with guiding teams, overseeing special initiatives, managing staff, maintaining client relationships, and financial planning. As a management executive, you'll integrate daily business functions with personnel choices, customer service, and fiscal oversight. The program requires 3 core Management classes along with electives focusing on professional growth and workforce administration.
