The undergraduate programs in Fire Protection Engineering offer practical projects and experiments in state-of-the-art educational labs, distinguished faculty with industry expertise, and the sole ABET-accredited FPE bachelor's program globally. The Department's combined Bachelor of Science/Master of Science and Bachelor of Science/Master of Engineering programs differ, each with unique requirements. FPE bachelor's students can apply for the Combined BS/MS program, needing a minimum 3.50 GPA and at least 90 degree credits. This accelerated program enables students to earn both degrees in roughly five to five and a half years.
