The department equips students for professional paths in their chosen fields, along with preparation for advanced studies and specialized training. Career opportunities span diverse areas including early childhood education, intervention programs, community initiatives for individuals with developmental needs, public health and healthcare sectors, nonprofit organizations, as well as roles in behavioral consulting, management, human services, and business. Graduates pursue further education in disciplines such as behavior analysis, developmental psychology, clinical psychology, counseling, community development, aging studies, legal studies, medical fields, organizational management, public health, social work, and specialized education programs.
Admission will be granted to students who meet the following standard:
A minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale for all previous coursework, including transfer coursework.
English Proficiency:
TOEFL iBT or TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition: 79 (18 minimum subscore)
TOEFL paper-delivered test: 60 (18 minimum subscore)
IELTS: 6.5 (6.0 minimum subscore)
PTE Academic: 53
