Graduates will possess the capability to employ their knowledge, competencies, and investigative approaches to address critical issues in education policy and practice. They will showcase their administrative proficiency through clinical experiences, demonstrating their capacity to handle daily school leadership duties. They'll skillfully leverage data to improve learning experiences for every student, while identifying and rectifying systemic inequities affecting students and educators to drive meaningful transformation. They'll comprehend and implement proven strategies for organizational and systemic reforms that advance equity, inclusion, and justice. Graduates will pinpoint and tackle modern educational challenges, influence policy decisions at school board or legislative levels, and allocate resources strategically to maximize program effectiveness across schools and districts. They'll value diverse perspectives and individuals, grasp the complexities of PK-12 education systems, and demonstrate proficiency in developing comprehensive district analyses or solving practical administrative challenges.
A U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, or an equivalent degree from another country as determined by the Office of Admissions with a minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00.
English Language Requirements:
An IELTS (International English Language Testing System) total score of 7.0, with no sub score less than 6.0.
TOEFL score requirements with score of 81 or higher on the Internet-based version of the test (iBT) and newly admitted graduate students who present iBT scores below 100 on the PBT.
TOEFL score requirements with score of 550 on Paper-based test (PBT) and newly admitted graduate students who present TOEFL scores below 600 on the PBT.
