Breathing is an automatic bodily function we often take for granted. As a respiratory therapist, you'll assess, treat, rehabilitate, and educate patients suffering from cardiopulmonary conditions. Your patients will range from newborns to seniors. During your studies, you'll gain practical experience at medical centers across central Indiana. UIndy partners with IU Health as part of the Indiana Respiratory Therapy Education Consortium, one of only three universities in the region offering a bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
