The Supply Chain Management concentration prepares future leaders to (1) evaluate trade-offs and make strategic decisions that maintain high-quality products and services at reduced costs while preserving adaptability to shifting market demands, and (2) effectively align supply chain solutions across both internal and external organizational boundaries in diverse business environments. This minor or concentration not only establishes core competencies in supply chain management but also offers customization options for students pursuing careers in various industries. Completion requires twelve graduate-level credit hours in Supply Chain Management courses. Students should possess foundational business knowledge and relevant academic preparation for successful program completion.
