The Department provides enrollment opportunities for two on-campus Master of Science (M.S.) programs specializing in Quantitative and Qualitative Methodology, Measurement, and Evaluation (QUERIES) as well as Mental Health Counseling. Terminal master's degrees are not available for Cognitive Science of Teaching and Learning (CSTL), Developmental Sciences, or Counseling Psychology specializations. Applications for the Ph.D. program are welcome from candidates holding either bachelor's or master's degrees. Those entering without a master's will complete master's-level coursework and research as part of their doctoral studies, earning an M.S. degree en route to their Ph.D. (fulfilling the Early Research Project requirement).
