The Real Estate concentration equips MBA/MAS students with the skills needed for careers in real estate and related industries. Beyond mastering real estate terminology, the curriculum focuses heavily on analytical methods for assessing property investments, particularly in commercial real estate. Graduates will be qualified for both entry-level and senior positions across various real estate sectors, including analyst roles at Real Estate Investment Trusts, insurance company property divisions, accounting firm valuation teams, global firms like CBRE, Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle, and development companies. This 12-credit graduate program through the Finance Department has no prerequisites, and its courses cannot be applied toward other concentrations.
