The Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship program explores how commercial opportunities are recognized and leveraged to benefit society through both established and emerging enterprises. Participants will gain expertise in conceiving and assessing concepts, transforming them into marketable offerings, securing necessary resources (including funding), managing potential risks, and guiding ventures that address societal demands. This curriculum equips learners to contribute to current businesses or establish new ventures across both profit-driven and nonprofit sectors. The program challenges students to tackle intricate business challenges by synthesizing insights from three foundational areas: strategic leadership, technological advancement management, and entrepreneurial ventures. Graduates will cultivate competencies and viewpoints essential for coordinating and guiding teams toward achieving corporate objectives.
