Students must submit a completed Major Plan of Study form to the LAS Student Affairs Office by their fifth semester (60-75 credit hours). With advisor approval, study abroad courses can fulfill major or minor requirements. For departmental honors: Students maintaining a 3.3 GPA in major coursework and completing a faculty-supervised research project for major credit will be considered for graduation with distinction.
