Organizational psychology involves applying assessment, prediction, and intervention methods to human resource functions within companies. This encompasses standard hiring and training processes, evaluating and improving workplace attitudes, and assessing organizational programs. The Department of Psychology ranks among the top institutions for psychology education at all academic levels. Around 100 instructors and higher-ranking professionals are associated with the Department, including approximately 60 permanent full-time faculty members. These distinguished scholars enjoy global recognition for their groundbreaking work and leadership in psychology. Many hold editorial positions at academic journals, leadership roles in professional associations, and advisory positions for governments, corporations, and non-profits. Throughout its history, the department has consistently upheld exceptional standards in its facilities, academic offerings, faculty quality, and student achievements.
