The Linguistics Department provides undergraduate programs in Linguistics, English as an International Language, English as a Second Language, and several less commonly taught languages. Currently, the Department is developing a new degree program that will equip students with comprehensive knowledge of English language structure and usage (Linguistics) while simultaneously preparing them to teach English as a Second or Foreign Language. Our English as a Second Language curriculum focuses on developing proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English, specifically tailored for non-native speakers seeking to enhance their English language abilities.
