This rigorous two-year program provides students with the chance to delve into specialized art history seminars. Graduate students can study artworks from antiquity through contemporary periods, concentrating on regions including South Asia, Anatolia, Europe, and the Americas. Designed for bachelor's degree holders from all disciplines, the curriculum prepares learners for diverse professional paths - whether crafting research papers or completing a thesis - in museum curation, gallery management, education, policy-making, social activism, or other fields where expertise in visual culture and architecture proves valuable.
In addition to the Graduate College minimum requirements, applicants must meet the following program requirements: Baccalaureate Field No restrictions. Grade Point Average At least 3.00/4.00 for the final 60 semester hours (90 quarter hours) of undergraduate study.
Minimum English Competency Test Score
TOEFL 95, with sub scores of Reading 24, Listening 24, Speaking 24, and Writing 22 (iBT Test); 60, with sub scores of Reading 19, Listening 17, Writing 21 (revised Paper-Delivered Test), OR,
IELTS 7.0, with sub scores of 6.5 for all four sub scores, OR,
PTE-Academic 54, with sub scores of Reading 51, Listening 47, Speaking 53, and Writing 56.
