The first-year program equips students with hands-on theatre training through courses covering theatrical basics, technical production, and acting. During the second year, learners deepen their theatrical knowledge while building a strong liberal arts foundation with introductory courses in vocal techniques, stage movement, production design, costume creation, dramatic literature, and core academic subjects. The third year introduces pedagogical concepts, including instructional methods, classroom leadership, and theatre administration, alongside studies in developmental psychology, content-area literacy, and adolescent educational technology. Fourth-year students master elementary education principles through specialized coursework and practical application. The culminating semester features a mandatory student teaching placement, offering authentic classroom experience.
