Our Master of Arts program equips students with foundational training to develop their own research initiatives. Through coursework and faculty-guided mentorship, students gradually transition to more autonomous work, preparing them for advancement into the PhD program. Consequently, all MA candidates are anticipated to continue into the doctoral program, assuming they meet performance standards (note: the department does not award standalone master's degrees).

An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution with a major in psychology or related field.
Undergraduate coursework that included statistics, methodology, abnormal psychology, and other basic areas such as physiological, cognitive, learning, behavioral, social, and developmental psychology.
A cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher.
GRE scores in the 152 verbal/150 quantitative range, and 4.5 or above on the analytic scale.
TOEFL iBT - Minimum score 61 TOEFL iBT
IELTS- Minimum score is 6.00 for the IELTS Academic overall band test results.
