The 15-credit Measurement and Statistics certification emphasizes psychometrics and sophisticated statistical methods for research data analysis. This program enables University of Hawaii graduate students to develop and demonstrate expertise in advanced measurement and statistical techniques. Participants can customize their course selection based on individual interests and career objectives. A culminating capstone course with a practical project allows students to implement their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Admission requirements include statistical competency equivalent to multiple regression analysis (such as EDEP 604: Applied Regression and Analysis of Variance or comparable coursework).

To be eligible, an applicant must hold or expect to hold prior to matriculation a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university, or an equivalent degree from a recognized non-U.S. institution of higher education.
