This curriculum equips graduates for elite careers in performance, instruction, or composition. Typically requiring two years post-master's degree, the program mandates full-time residency during the first year (minimum 9 credits per semester). Students may begin with one summer session before residency. All DMA requirements must be fulfilled within seven years of enrollment.
