The Toxicology program enrolls students from various departments throughout the university, including Physiology & Pharmacology, Environmental Health Science, Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Sciences, Animal & Dairy Sciences, Crop & Soil Sciences, Forestry, and Veterinary Biomedical & Diagnostic Imaging.
At the University of Georgia, students can pursue both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in toxicology. The Master's program requires completion of at least 30 graduate credit hours, with a minimum of 12 credits from graduate-level exclusive courses. For the Ph.D. program, students must complete 30 credit hours of coursework, including three dissertation research credits. Additionally, participants must register for research credits every semester.
