Current enrollees in the MS in Engineering with Civil Engineering Emphasis can choose to either complete their existing program or transition to the newly renamed Civil and Environmental Engineering MS, selecting its Civil Engineering specialization.
This Master of Science in Engineering with a Civil Engineering concentration delivers advanced knowledge through a challenging curriculum and cutting-edge research in two key disciplines: Structural/Geotechnical Engineering and Environmental/Water Resources. The program enables students to engage in pioneering research across diverse fields including pavement materials, bridge design, structural analysis, geotechnical transportation, hydrology, urban water systems, environmental engineering, coastal sustainability, fluid dynamics, water resource management, and infrastructure interdependencies.
Completion of this Civil Engineering-focused MS program mandates a minimum of 33 semester credit hours within the designated curriculum.
