Biochemical engineers play a crucial role in translating scientific breakthroughs, such as novel pharmaceuticals and biomaterials, into scalable production methods. Completion of a B.S. and M.S. (for Ph.D. applicants) with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00) from an ABET accredited program or program in a related field. The average undergraduate GPA and graduate GPA of recent accepted students is 3.4 and 3.6, respectively.
