Comparative Literature examines shared characteristics among literary works, films, and cultural artifacts across different nations and regions, adopting an intercultural, multidisciplinary, and worldwide viewpoint. In our interconnected world, where languages, artistic expressions, and traditions continually blend, expanding our horizons becomes essential to grasp the varied perspectives through which people interpret reality and connect with one another. Our curriculum covers the literary and cultural traditions of Europe, the Americas, China, India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, as well as Eastern and Western Africa. Through comparative literature studies, students engage with translated texts from diverse cultures.
