The Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management program at the University of Florida equips students to excel in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. This program offers students exposure to state-of-the-art data techniques that align with current global employer demands. You'll master data collection, but more crucially, you'll gain expertise in interpreting information to guide organizations in making pivotal choices.

With 93% of the 2022 class securing positions, Hough Hall frequently hosts recruiters from consulting firms, government entities, corporations, and other organizations seeking top talent from our program's graduates.
There are no prerequisites to the program. However, students without an undergraduate business major or minor will need to take a set of core business courses that add an additional semester of study to the program for a full two years.
All applicants must have a previous bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent as determined by the UF Office of Admission’s evaluation of official transcripts.
For applicants from countries (including Puerto Rico) where English is not the official language, a minimum score on one of these English Language Skills tests: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 550 paper, or 80 Internet; International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6; Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB): 77, or documented successful completion of the University of Florida English Language Institute program.
