The Levin College of Law and Warrington College of Business jointly offer a combined degree program. This specialized track enables students to earn both a Juris Doctor and Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) within three years.
The MSRE degree normally requires 34 credit hours, but dual degree candidates can fulfill this requirement by taking only 22 hours of Real Estate courses at the business school. The remaining 12 credits are covered through law school coursework. Participants usually undertake full-time legal internships during summers rather than pursuing MSRE classes.
Prospective law students must submit their MSRE application by the conclusion of their fourth law semester. Early applications are recommended as they provide greater flexibility in arranging the necessary 22 hours of Real Estate studies.
