Numerous students enhance their academic journey through international programs and off-campus studies in locations like Vicenza, Asia, Mexico, and Nantucket. State-of-the-art facilities including a comprehensive library, digital labs, woodworking shop, 3D printing center, and inspiring campus spaces nurture innovative thinking. Student work frequently graces the college's exhibition spaces, showcasing architectural models and drawings.
The studio curriculum systematically examines diverse formal, conceptual, and technical aspects, demonstrating their interconnectedness in spatial design. Design studio insights are strengthened and expanded through complementary coursework in architectural history, theory, structural systems, construction technologies, and material applications.
Educational excursions, essential for broadening perspectives, are student-funded requirements. Participation in regional and national professional conferences may also be mandatory.
This preprofessional Bachelor of Design program readies graduates for either advanced studies in the accredited Master of Architecture program or careers in architectural firms.
Students must have completed a secondary and college or university credentials from non-U.S. institutions.
The university will require the following minimum scores on the redesigned SAT: SAT Reading = 24, Writing and Language = 25 and Math = 24. On the ACT, a minimum score of 19 on the Reading section and 19 on the Math section.
