The education sciences curriculum cultivates knowledge about teaching frameworks, policy implications, and learning outcomes in various educational settings. Learners can pursue a broad General Studies path or focus on specific concentrations like Disabilities in Society, Educational Psychology and Research, Educational Technology, or Schools, Society and Policy.
This program doesn't certify educators but instead investigates the theoretical bases, scholarly inquiry, and policy implementations concerning pedagogy, knowledge acquisition, and career advancement in educational and communal contexts. Introductory courses offer overviews of various professional practices and research fields. Participants can design a comprehensive General Studies program or select a specialized track in Disabilities in Society, Early Childhood Studies, Educational Psychology and Research, Educational Technology, or Schools, Society and Policy.

Qualification Requirements

At least three full years of your most recent secondary school transcript(s), including courses in progress (grades 9, 10 and 11 + senior schedule) in both the native language of instruction and a word for word certified English translation (if applicable).
All applicants must submit test scores from the SAT, ACT and/or CLT. UF will superscore (take the highest scores for each subsection) to create the highest possible total score. UF does not require or encourage applications to complete the essay portion of the ACT.
