Alumni pursue diverse paths including performance, arts administration, teaching, and beyond.
Lamont's bassoon students learn from Martin Kuuskmann, an internationally celebrated, Grammy-nominated performer. Professor Kuuskmann ranks among the most in-demand bassoonists in classical music today. He has appeared as soloist and recording artist with prestigious ensembles including the New York and London Philharmonics, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, and MDR Leipzig Radio Symphony Orchestra.
