Denver Law's Graduate Tax Program stands among the nation's most established and extensive initiatives, excelling in educating legal professionals in taxation. Attorneys and JD candidates in our LLM program collaborate with accounting professionals from our Master's curriculum, fostering interdisciplinary expertise in tax matters. Our program focuses exclusively on taxation, with instruction grounded in the Internal Revenue Code, treasury regulations, and related legal materials. This program equips tax specialists with comprehensive career preparation.

The Tax LLM program offers flexible completion options to accommodate diverse lifestyles and schedules. Every Graduate Tax course provides online alternatives that allow asynchronous participation, eliminating mandatory live attendance. All participants receive equal access to coursework, resources, and academic requirements.

Learners may choose between full-time or part-time enrollment for their Tax LLM. Full-time candidates can graduate within a single year, while part-time students typically complete the program in 18-24 months. Many working professionals opt for part-time study to effectively manage their Tax LLM alongside other commitments.
