Denver Law delivers an exceptional graduate program for students pursuing deeper knowledge of these matters, along with their accompanying difficulties and prospects. Beyond our foundational environmental and natural resources curriculum, we provide cutting-edge instruction in sustainable development and renewable energy to equip students for professional success.

The Global Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law LLM program mandates completion of at least 24 credits, with most classes carrying 3 credits each. Participants must sustain a minimum 2.7 GPA to maintain satisfactory academic progress.

Full-time students can complete the degree within one academic year (two consecutive semesters), while part-time students typically finish in two years. The maximum completion timeframe is three years from initial enrollment.

Student has graduated from a US law school that is approved by the American Bar Association or is a member of the Association of American Law Schools
A minimum GPA of 2.5 for the baccalaureate degree or 3.0 for all completed graduate coursework.
Student has obtained a full degree in law from a recognized nonUS institution with high academic standards
All transcripts from any postsecondary schooling completed regardless of whether a degree was earned
If you have completed any postsecondary work outside the US including its territories or Canada these transcripts must be submitted to the LSAC to be translated and evaluated A foreign credential evaluation will be completed by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and included with your CAS report
Two letters of recommendation from current or former professors supervisors or community leaders who are familiar with the applicant and can comment on the applicants ability to succeed in a rigorous graduate program
