The Master of Laws in American Law Practice (LLM) program is designed for internationally educated lawyers seeking to expand, refresh, or specialize their legal expertise.

Participants in the American Law Practice track join JD courses at Denver Law, gaining full exposure to the U.S. legal education system. The curriculum prioritizes intimate class settings to ensure personalized guidance, fostering academic achievement and career growth.

Important notice: While the LLM in American Legal Practice may help qualify graduates for the Colorado bar exam, final approval rests solely with the Colorado Supreme Court. Prospective students should carefully examine the admission rules on the Court's website, particularly noting differing requirements for civil law versus common law graduates seeking Colorado bar eligibility.
